I bought a Maytag machine in January which came noticeably broken. I approved the equipment and that I called customer support. I had been provided a little discount and that I needed to delay fourteen days for alternative components to reach and become mounted with a Maytag company technician. I've had issues with this device repeatedly (five support calls since February). Each Maytag and AJ Madison have extended to WOn't recognize my request an upgraded machine, regardless of the trouble of awaiting repairmen, alternative components, and needing to move the laundromat. They appear to be more worried about not attempting to shed the price of a machine. They've really invested nearly just as much cash on repeat support calls and components. I'm dissatisfied using the insufficient customer support supplied by Maytag and AJ Madison.
