Ripoff false advertising. Picture on web page is not what you receive

I discovered JERSEYS123.com while doing price comparisons on throwback jerseys for my son. The picture of the jersey that I purchased was represented as an OFFICIAL quality throwback (It had the tags and insignias on the bottom right hand of the jersey). I purchased the jersey on January 2ND. JERSEYS123.com stated that my order would be shipped by two-day priority mail. After a week I contacted the site by email (there is no phone number posted on the site. This should have been my first clue)

A couple of days later I received an AUTOMATED reply stating that they were out of the office until JANUARY 10TH and all orders would be shipped out after that date. When my merchandise still hadn't arrived a couple of days later, I contacted the web site again. This time their reply was that their last shipment was damaged due to rain and they were waiting on their new shipment to arrive (two-day guarantee with no stock?). I finally received my order on the 20th. What I had received was a CHEAP KNOCK-OFF (with those iron-on decals from the 70's). It was a "Dodgers" jersey but with iron-ons!

I immediately contacted the web site. This time the reply was to send them back the jersey and a cashiers check for $10.00 and my original purchase price would be refunded. When I replied with the phrase "false advertising" I recieved another reply stating "just send it back without the $10.00". Attachments can follow if necessary.
