Please help me with this complaint to get some of my money back, I am not getting any response about this from the company.

On Jan. 5 2012 I bought 3 hockey jerseys from Supercheapjerseys.com and I received them on Jan. 13th. Upon inspecting the jerseys I found that there were issues with all 3 of the jerseys. The Kane jerseys blue waist and arm were overlapped by white stitching. The Neely jersey had a hole in it and the worst of them, the red Beliveau jerseys ran onto the white collar and white laces making them pink. I emailed the company the next day to tell them that I was not happy about the quzlity of the jerseys. I didn't get a reply so I replied again on Jan. 18, saying that I was not happy with my order and that I wanted someone to get back to me. I received a reply from them on Jan. 19th asking me to take pictures and send them to them and they would show them to their staff, but that it was Chinese New Year and they would get back to me after. I waiting until Feb. 2 and since I had not recieved a reply I ask if they had a chance to see the pictures. They sent back on Feb. 4th saying that they received the pictures, but that it was too expensive to return to the jerseys to sew, so could I fix it myself by sewing it from the inside. They also said that the red from the jersey running has been a problem and that they should have told me about it and shall they reduced my next order $5 USD. (I have all my emails saved, if you would like to see them). Once I received this reply I fixed the Neely jersey and sold it and bought two tide togo sticks, washed the Beliveau jersey and had a Signed # 4 sewn onto the back of the jersey. From Feb. 4-Feb. 11 I went onto their site and made 3 customer reviews on the red Beliveau jersey and in each one I stated that I was not happy with my previous order (YC3785), the red from the jersey has made the white collar and white laces pink and that I had 3 buyers look at the jersey and all 3 mentioned the pink collar and did not buy the jersey and that a $5 reduction on my next order was not acceptable and that I would like someone to get back to me. On Feb. 11th I placed another order (TP4280), but I stated that I want my previous order dealt with before they process this one. On Feb. 12 they sent me an email saying that one of the items in my 2nd order was unavailable, so could I choose another one. I sent an email that I am waiting on a solution to the previous order and if I didn't get this last order resolved for them to cancel my next order and again for them someone to contact me. I sent another one on Feb. 13 saying due to the fact that knowone has made any attempt to remedy this first order please cancel the next one. The next day I made a complaint on canyoutrustthem.com and I finally received a reply from the company. But this time they said please return the jerseys for a refund and also that they told me that I should have mentioned my previous order to get the $5 discount which they actually didn't, but I in fact had with all the emails that I sent them. But since I already stated in my customer reviews that I fixed the Neely jersey and altered the Beliveau jersey by having a Signed number sewn onto it doesn't make sense. You can't have it both ways, at first they say it is too expensive to send back to sew so fix it and sorry about the red jersey running, we should have told you. So I try to fix both jersey and then they say send it back. I told them that a $5 USD discount on my next order is not acceptable, but that I will accept half of the price of the Beliveau jersey $16.50 or one-third the price of the order $134.40. I feel that I have been patient and tried to work things out with this company, but either they don't reply back or they send me the same reply, we will give you a $5 discount on your next order. I paid with my Visa so they should be able to put a refund back onto my Visa. Also I told them before the next order was sent to cancel my order before it was processed if they were not going to resolve my previous order. But I see on my Visa that not only processed the order, but that they did not give me the $5 USD discount that they have be talking about.
