Brad, Jeff cheap canival plastic with a Three day return policy, 20% restocking fee, No return policy on website until you send it back, no phone contact

We ordered one lot containg seven airsoft guns from monster air soft usa. We paid $72.00, $18.00 was shipping and handling, $54.00 was for the guns. When they arrived my son was so shocked that they were carnival plastic guns.

Two did not work right off the start, there was no return policy on the website, so I emailed for a return, and they said, you pay for shipping back to us plus a 20% restocking fee and only if it is with in three days... So lets do the math

Shipping there $18.00 -shipping back w/confirmation $13.00- 20% restocking fee $10.99=$41.99 with a total refund of $12.00!!!

My son's christmas money was gone! He got nothing for christmas but a lesson on being scammed!
