I recently purchased a CO2 hand gun and an M4 Mag from AirSplat. This is the third time I have ordered airsoft guns and accessories from AirSplat. Their website is easy to use and some, but not all, of the guns have reviews available. The reviews are very helpful when making a purchasing decision. So far I have been pleased with the quality of all my purchases. All orders have been delivered very quickly. All three were received in 5-7 days. The first order was right before Christmas and still arrived within one week. The most recent order was placed late on a Sunday night and by Monday morning I received e-mail notice that it was shipped and tracking information was provided. I live in a rural area and sometimes have problems receiving packages, but I have not had any problems with AirSplat.in addition, all the orders I have placed have been accurate and products have been in good working order. I did have one gun malfunction after minimal use. I followed the return procedures on the web site. I had some problems receiving the return authorization from AirSplat, but one phone call cleared that up quickly. Once the return was authorized, I sent the gun back and they repaired and returned it in a about two weeks. I would definitely recommend purchasing air soft products from AirSplat.
