I gave Brian Melchor (president and CEO) a deposit of 500.00 on December 14 for two guns that were to be Christmas presents. The guns were 479.00 each. We were told they would be in in 4-7 business days. I was told after Christmas that the guns were not in and so I told him I would lie a refund. He said that as soon as the company credited his account with the deposit he would give it back to me. The first time the refund was promised was Dec. 30, the again 2 times in January. He would not answer his phone when I would call him about this or answer his eails. So I started texting him - at first he would only communicate this way. I had an attorney send him a letter which he got but paid no attention to. He has never responded to the attorney. He will not return my calls, or text me anymore. I want my 500.00 back.
