Learn from my mistake! This website is a complete rip off. When an item is returned you have to get a Return Merchandise Authorization where they give you permission to return an item. Then you have to return it UPS which charges a minimum of $10. Then tack on a 20% restocking fee (which if you don't read the return policy you never know). This is highway robbery! I should of kept the item. Will never order from this website. Lesson learn even though it cost me 20% restocking fee, shipping and handling fees... Etc.
