We purchased a $6,000 custom golf cart from Jim @Steere Golf Carts. He drove from Tampa Fl. To deliver and pickup his MONEY but now when the golf cart won't run-he promises to send a new battery charger ($400) and never does. Now he won't return our phone calls or emails. When we were in the process of buying this golf cart he answered our calls every time, now that we have problems his voice mail box is now full and he won't return our calls. Buy from someone local that you can go drive to their location and get what you need in person!
