The arena of autographs and sports is loaded with fraud and misrepresentation and you have to be very careful of who you deal with I am putting this message out as warning to all of you out there who may be victim. I was victim of a photo of something that was misrepresented in a photo and sent something that was totally different. I tried to resolve the issue and was told to leave the party alone. The individual tried to ban me from communicating from them on Ebay and I am fortunate to have the parties email address.
Merchandise was purchased on Ebay and he tried to lure transactions direct outside of the Ebay scope to evade their fees and not be held to their warranty standards.
The autograph industry is one based on trust and reputation. Stay away from this man and his business practices. If you have been a victim or treated unfair complain to your local Attorney General and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If you think you have been given fraudulent merchandise go to the FBI and report the fraud because the sports business is loaded with fraud. Buyer Beware do your homework on this person.
