SafetyEnforcement.com would not claim item when returned priority mail and will not responed to emails

My husband bought me a stun gun for Christmas 2003 it was to big for me to wear on my belt. We returned it Dec. 28th through the postal service Priority mail "Signature Confirmation". The postal sevice returned to us Feb. 2nd "Unclaimed". I have e-mailed this company several times asking them to please responed to my e-mails. I have not received anything as of yet.
