I agree with everyone else that has filed a complaint regarding sheafashions!
I returned an item on Jan. 14th 2004 and requested an exchange for another item. The company e-mailed me on Jan. 24th and told me they received the item I returned to them on Jan. 14th, and that the item I wanted in exchange would be sent out within 14 days. February 3rd was the 14th business day and no item was received. I proceeded to contact them by e-mail and their website was closed. It has been for approximately 2 weeks or more now that their website has been down.
I have their phone number, but all it does is ring forever with no answer or answer machine. I have never received the item I exchanged for, and my credit card was charged $50, plus I had to mail a postal money order for $17.50 more to pay shipping and price difference for the new exchanged item I never received. Talk about being pissed off!!!
I am in the process of disputing the credit card charge, and I am looking into the postal money order to see if there is any way I can get that refunded?!
I hope this company gets busted big time for fraud!
I have ordered from other websites that offer similar replica products, and have had very fast shipments, quick responses to e-mails, and quality products. Sheafashions has been the only problem I have ever experienced on the internet!
