I have sent packages through the Pasadena-Lake Shore Postal, both by "Priority Mail". My first package was insured by the sender-me. When my customer recived the package, they reported to me that the package was totally destroyed. This my first bad review by the customer.
My second package was sent via "Priority Mail", not insured, however, my customer is reporting that they paid for "priority Mail and they should have recived their mail by now. I don't know what to tell the customer, but I did give him the information from my postal receipt:
Pasadena Post Office
Pasadena, Maryland
211229998
2303830540 -0098 (What ever this number represents???)
10/10 @ 03:56: 03
sent to:
Port Charlotte FL 33981
Priority Mail
1 lb. 11.40oz.
Bill #: 1000202843164
Clerk #18
This type of business transaction hurts me with my customers and is really concerning me.
Thanks
