Would not cancel membership

I signed up for the program and went back to cancel within the 3 days as permitted by law.
A girl named Matty said it was not a problem and would have the manager call me.
He never called me.
Then they posted the transaction anyways against my wishes since they earn a commission.
The manager and general manager, Steve and Dave, didn't care that I was unemployed and couldn't afford the money.
DO NOT buy a memebership here!!! There is no way they will give you your money back UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
The employees are cocky and disrespectful and tell you anything to get you to sign!!!
There are plenty of kickboxing facilities in Orange County - just don't go to this one.
The employees are rude and cocky and not deserving of any respect.
