I've been in love with this Ulta location since it opened a few years ago. The employees were always so kind and friendly - that all changed around November. I haven't seen hardly any of the original employees that were so kind and now they've been replaced with lazy and rude employees.
They recently installed a Benefit bar and when I went in for my appointment one of the employees - who is apparently the assistant manager - just eyed me until the Benefit girl came over (this girl was extremely nice). During the time I was getting my brows done (about 35 minutes as the girl had another client she was helping), the manager just kept sitting there playing with makeup and telling two of the other employees to do things - including the cashier.
When someone would come up to check out, the manager wouldn't even go cash out the lady, she would just sit there and when the cashier came into sight, she'd yell for her to come over. When I got up to check out she didn't even say a word to me.
