I have been shopping at Mandee's for years in the same place at 74-17 Grand ave, and I still can't believe what just had happened to me today. Young girl at the cash register took care of me today, and from a very beginning she behave rude. One of the tank tops didn't have price on it and she make me feel that I should go and find it out. But I told here that is her job to do that. I had a lot of things and I had to look what she was doing because I had feeling she does not know. And I was right, she didn't know what was on sale. When I told her, she said in a rude way that she just came back to work today and don't know about changes.
Finally she had problems with my debit card, so she did call the manager of the store. I had feeling I am standing there for ever, manager solved the problem. But for all that time this girl talk to me and treated me in very rude and unprofessional way. While I was going out of the store alarm had rang and I was waiting there for a while until someone will come, but nobody showed up. So I took my things out of the bag and found that tank top with alarm on it. I went back and sad to that girl if she is able to do at least one thing good. I was thinking she will apologize or something but instead of that she told me to go out of her face and left to the back door showing me her finger! I said I want to speak to the manager, but that lady wasn't helpful either. She told me if I want to I can call the police but she didn't hear and see anything and she was standing next to her when she told me to get out of her face.
At the moment I felt like people can treat you without respect and you can do nothing about it, because even manager didn't react. She behave like she didn't see anything. When I came home I looked at my receipt and noticed that she had charged me for the blouse original price and it was 50% off, but I am not going back there ever in my life. These people there don't know how to respect customers at all.
