I placed an order online on 2/25/10. My debit card was charged in full, but to date have not received the merchandise. The company from whom the items were ordered refuse to communicate or respond to emails and phone calls, and to date have not refunded my money. It has now been two months. At the six week mark, I sent an email and a certified letter to the physical address in VA, demanding full refund or delivery of the ordered merchandise. I even agreed to accept a COMPARABLE item, if the one that I ordered was out of stock. I have sent ONE email and have left ONE voicemail every day since 3/4/10, but to date have only received one response. It was an email on 3/15 from The Command Center that was barely legible, written with horribly improper grammar, that simply stated that my item was backordered until the end of the week. That was over a month ago, and still no response. I don't think I'm being tooo unreasonable, here.
