Poor communication from company

I ordered christmas presents on Oct 29 as of november i stilldid not have them;however they had charged it to my credit card. I sent email to cancel my order and tried to contact by phone but mail box on message center was full. I ordered from another company and received items in less that a week. On December 19 i received email telling me order was ready to ship. I sent backmessage to cancel but on December 26 I received order. I took it back to post office as a refused package. I did'nt ever open it This company has no way to communicate with people. Stay away if you can.
