The training department at L.A. Fitness is call Pro Results. They promised a complete evaluation in writing. I disclosed to the sales manager that I was recovering from hip surgery.
He said and wrote on the sales contract that the trainer would be a physical therapist or a physical therapist in training.
Additionally he stated that he and the trainer would contact the physical therapist working with me at the hospital to make certain of a injury free transition to L.A. Fitness from the hospital facility.
This was all in writing on the Pro results / L.A. Fitness contract - signed, dated by the sales manager.
L.A. Fitness failed to comply with these amended terms of the agreement and I sustained hip injury.
I provided clinical proof to L.A. Fitness and just wanted my money refunded, (not medical damages for the testing).
I now will ask for medical damages due to the failure of L.A. Fitness and Pro Results to protect me as stated in their amended contract.
