Item was grossly misrepresented on their website. I returned it to them with their issued RMA# via UPS.
After 80 days, no contact from them. No response to 20 emails. Leslie Moore in "Customer Care" is the rudest person you will ever have the displeasure of talking with. She hung up on me twice, and asked me "what the hell is your problem?" on another occasion.
They first told me that I could expect a refund within 5 days. Then it was 30 days, then 60 days... Then they just started blaming their system's "technical glitches".
Still no refund, and nothing but automated responses to emails.
I have filed a credit card chargeback, and will be contacting my attorney in the morning to file suit and recover expenses.

I'm sure they can't possibly remain in business long if this is how they treat their customers.
