06/21: Purchased computer hardware from ebay worth $1119
7/7: Contacted seller about item not received seller provided tracking number 08/04: Retrieved item which was undeliverable due to lack of addressee (seller's mistake)
08/04 Item was worthless cd not the 1119 computer hardware.
08/05: Filed ebay dispute for refund
08/10: Seller promises full refund of $1217 (shipping included) if I return cd with tracking number.
08/15 I return cd with tracking number at my expense.
09/02. Seller refuses package and it is returned to me (according to tracking information). Seller refuses to refund and does not respond to emails.
Contact ebay and Paypal for help they say to contact ic3. Gov since 45 days have passed to file a claim with them
10/20 Call seller and says to send package again this time to same address but suite #G; someone will be there to receive it.
10/27. Send item to suite #G at my expense yet again (now over $120) with tracking number and send seller email to expect it.
11/04; Tracking information shows seller refused package yet again
11/04: Called Ridgefield Police Dept but they said they could not take a complaint over the phone.
11/04: would like to file lawsuit and report business to every law-enforcement agency I can find
