In March we signed up for and paid in full a 3x3 ad to be on the Canyon Lake Football T-Shirts. We were told as the season got closer we would get 4 T-shirts complimentary, to expect them in the mail.in May I called just to folllow up to see if they had a better timeframe as when to expect the shirts. They told it was too early to tell, to call back at a later time but all was set as planned.in July I called again to find out when the shirts would be printed. I was told "They would be printed real soon, to expect them in the next month". Well July came and went and so did August. At the end of August I called again except this time I was told "We are so sorry but somehow we forgot to put you on the shirts and they are already printed and shipped out" I could not believe this. They were not even going to contact us to let us know. When I asked why, they couldnt help me.
Finally on September 22nd I spoke with Lauren Edison. She told me she was so sorry and that they could put us on the Basketball shirts. I told her we wanted to be on the Football shirts not the basketball shirts and at that time we wanted a refund. I receive an email from Lauren that states "Your order has been cancelled and you are in the system to receive a refund. The total amount that will be refunded back to you is $&.— (not putting price in). Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns. Well I have called & emailed everyday since of which Lauren never answers her phone, never returns any calls, never resonds to emails.
Im told to allow up to 6 weeks for a refund, well its now been 12 weeks and no refund, no calls, nothing. I have filed a complained with the BBB, I have filed a complaint with the TEC and now Im adding this in hopes that someone will read this and not use their services. This company is a joke of a company. They take your money and find a way to make an excuse and you will NEVER get your money back nor will you get what you pay for. As frustrating as it is, I call everyday. The only ones that answer the phones is the billing department. Everyday I have to say the same things over and over again and I wont leave a message, I will sit on hold until someone answers the phone. They have actually hung up on me and wont answer when I call.
My advice is to check the company out first. They have a F - rating on the BBB, most of their complaints are in the last 12 months. The VP, Kevin Murphy - he wont take my calls either and wont answer any emails. No matter how good it sounds, beware. This company has poor customer service and they will lie at all costs.
