On 3/5 I placed an order for four items with the estimated delivery date of 3/9. The day after the order was placed I checked the status and the last item was in stock, but the others were all on order. On the evening of the 7th I checked again and all items were ready for shipping. On 3/9, the date of delivery they supplied I checked one last time only to see that the second item was now shown as in stock and the others were on order. I initiated a chat session with customer service which conveniently got cut off for inactivity when she needed a minute to check out the situation. I called and was told my agent was still checking and would call me back. Later, I received an email from the agent who blamed a system issue and said that they should be able to get me my items by the end of the following week. I cancelled the order and placed it with leatherup.com They are so much more reliable.
