Zanuc.com hosts a web site for me and when I tried to cancel my account all my requests where ignored. All telephone numbers have been disconnected but their web site is still up.
The only way to contact them is Email which they ignore. I have Faxed, Emailed and Mailed their offical cancellation form, filled out correctly and signed for three months.
They have illegally billed my credit card $19.95 on 3/15/04,4/15/04 and now 5/15/04. I am disputing these charges to my credit card and filing this report to usacomplaints.com to make othe consumers aware of this company.
