Never answers e-mails cant call cant get an answer from them

I was told my order had shipped. I sent them several e-mails trying to get a tracking number from them. Never got a response. Their phone number is nothing but a recording. Im done trying to be nice. How hard is it to respond to a e-mail. My next step is either my lawyer, or contacting the bbb. They brag about customer service but i havent seen it. My order # is CV13312980
