I have been paying ICON/UTS for a treadmill warranty since 1996. Called to have two items repaired on equipment. Told they don't make parts for my equipment any more. Although they could not fix equipment, they have been billing and taking my money for years. A representative told me that they should not have billed me after 5 or 6 years, because at that point they can not longer get parts for equipment that old.
They agreed to resolve my complaint after I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. To resolve my complaint, I agree to a credit on a new treadmill. I purchase the treadmill from them, and paid for In-home delivery and set-up. A tractor trailer pulls up, puts a huge box still on the pallet in my drive-way-no set-up. Tried to get representative to call me back to have someone come out to set it up from 9 am until 7 pm, and after numerous phone messages and email messages it sits in the drive-way in the rain!
Their customer service, well NO SERVICE! I
