I have been trying to get service on my treadmill for the last 3 weeks. I called Icon's 800# and waited approximately 25 minutes before someone came on and said they'd call back. Two days in a row, no one did!

Icon finally gave me the name of 2 companies in the Bay Area who would service my treadmill.
TWO & 1/2 WEEKS LATER, 3 MESSAGES LATER—NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!!!

I called Icon today and a rep refused to hand out the name of a president or CEO to whom I could complain.
Don't buy any products from these people. You can't sell a product that can't be serviced. I am now filing a complaint with the district attorney for unfair business practices!!!
