Bought Hand braided mecate bitless bridle w / reins (Parelli Style) from them off of Ebay. I paid immediately. This was in November.
Someone named Jen (from Black Pond Outfitters) Emailed me the following: Hi, just wanted to give everyone a heads up - we had a shop fire which destroyed everything in the office (computers, printers, records etc) - this has caused some problems with the order pipeline as you can imagine

Now I've responded to her email 2 or 3 times even giving her my phone number & to call me. I haven't heard back from anyone. What a scam artist! Do NOT buy anything from them! I paid like $80.00 and for Nothing!
