I ordered a handmade hackamore and hanger for 39.95 in october or November, received email that out of cord, will be on its way, received another email on its way. Never received it. Last email said she got one back with all but the tag ripped off, did i still want it? Replied yes, still didn't receive it now emails and web site undeliverable.
