I ordered a bosal hangar (headstall) for my horse from Black Pond Outfitters in January. I sent a personal check to them in February for full amount. The check was cashed 5 days later. It is now April and after several attempts to contact owner, Jennifer Greer, via e-mail, telephone, voice mail... I still do not have product.
