The facts:
-13 October - I ordered a costume.
-15 October - I cancelled order.
-16 October - Order was sent anyway (24-hours after I cancelled).
-17 October - FedEx delivered item and I refused the order.
-17 October - Despite knowing I had (1) cancelled the order, (2) refused the order, and (3) FedEx had the item in its possession and notified them it was being returned, they fraudulently charged the card anyway.
-21 October - I requested a refund for the third time. They stated they had received the returned item, but had not credited my account.
-22 October - I called again; they had still not issued the credit. I called my financial institution and made a complaint and disputed the transaction.
-To date Mastercard is investigating and Spirit Halloween has made no attempt to issue a credit.
