I purchased a Gift Card from TGW (the Golf Warehouse) for my fathers birthday. When he tried to use it, it would not work on the Web site. After several attempts, he was told he would have to call the toll free number to use it. Then it was cancelled and he could not use the remainder at all. He called several times and was always told it would be corrected and that they would call him back to confirm everything was corrected. I then contacted them by email and was priomised that they were embarrassed by this and would take care of it and they would even send me a gift certificate. The bottom line, it has been over a year and we never received a return call, were never able to use all the gift card value, and I have never received a gift certificate. My father was amazed that anytime anyone told him he would receive a call, that person must have been fired as when the phone call was not received and he called again, he was told they had no one working there with that name.
A TGW gift card is not worth what you pay and the company does not take care of its customers. This company is a true ripoff!!!
