Ripp off - not clear on payouts for a pick 4

I put a $1 pick 4 bet that whole $96.00. The guess was successful and paid $1,007.00. Allhorseracing paid $300.00 declaring which was the max payment for that guess. I'm confident they pocketed the remaining. Underneath the guidelines you will find tabs and also the bill for pick 3 and 4 states they pay-what the monitor the competition was work gives. It suggests nothing in regards to a max payment and they considered pick 3 and 4 like a $1.00 guess.
