My credit card was charged $23.16, and I received no services, I was suppose to receive a Walmart Gift Card but have not been told that the gift card was for wakanetwork merchandise only. Even though I was initially told that I would receive a $100.00 gift certificate, I have learned that the gift certificate is only for $10.00. Would anybody in their right mind pay $23.16 for $10.00 worth of services.
