On March 6 I placed an order with NexL through Google Checkout for two motorcycle helmets. When I hadn't received them in a month or more I contacted NexL's representative named "Gabby." He assured me the helmets would be on the way soon.in fact, as I later learned, NexL was paid the $315 for the helmets, including $15 for shipping, by Google Checkout on March 7, and NexL has never shipped the helmets and never responded to my requests for refund of my money.
