On September 9 I placed an order for a half shell motorcycle helmet at a cost of 169.95 plus 15.00 shipping. My credit card was billed on Sept. 11.
According to NEXL sports;there is a four week backlog on all orders. On Sept 19; I received a password from Gabby at NEXL to track my order. I have tried to contact NEXL via email and by telephone with no response at all.
As of today, I am unable to contact NEXL. Phone numbers are disconnected and no email response whatsoever. I have called directory assistance and tried to track them via phone number, address and city. No listings were found.
