In April I placed an order for a flat-black DOT NexL brand helmet. The website stated it was on back-order for 30 days.
In July I contacted the company by phone and left a message. I received an email back assuring me the helmet would ship "soon" and there had been "production problems" or some such BS line.
Here it is, November and I have not received any further communications from NexL OR my helmet. Like the other consumer on Usa Consumer Complaints.com, they also have $154.95 of my money that I will probably never see again.
Ripoff.
