Poor Service

I posted an order about the NordicTrack Site on Nov 26. On Nov 28, we were approached to examine shipping info. On Dec 3, we obtained a contact declaring our elliptical have been delivered and we'd contain it in a couple of days. It's today December 11, we still don't have our item. There's no delivery standing about the Shipping Company site both. We named to ask about the standing of the cargo and were supplied with the shipping companies telephone number. Named them, they've no info on our cargo. NordicTracks repsponse: it might not have now been scanned yet. The vehicle won't day 1 product onto it. Nordic Track's site claims a product is likely to be obtained within 14 days. I requested from NordicTrack in the place of Sears since I thought I'd improve support.
