On 11/24 my husband & I purchased a NordicTrack treadmill & maintenance contract from Sears, yet after assembly & testing the unit would not run. My husband spent all evening on 11/24 putting the treadmill together, only to find that it wouldn't run at all. We contacted NordicTrack & they said the circuit board was faulty, so they ordered 4 parts altogether & said we'd receive them at our home. Once we received them, we were told to call a name & number to have it reassembled with these parts. We called but received no callback within a few days, so we called NordicTrack again... Twice, with no results as yet. Does Sears or NordicTrack even care about its customers? I don't think so. Sears... Are you there???
