$900.00 & 7 months later no parts, no answers won't work

Paid almost $900.00 for a scooter it has never worked proper from the start. I have contacted Legion Global several times via email. They told me several things to try in order to fix it and none have worked. The parts dep. Was to send me a replacement foot switch months ago, Now they will not return any of my emails!
