I ordered a replacement part on 7/28/08 for my scooter that I purchased from Legion Global. It is now 11/13 and I still have not recieved the part.
Everytime I contact them, they tell me the part is on its way. Now you can't even talk to anybody because the only way to contact them is by online chat or by email. I have sent numerous emails with no response. If you try to contact them via online chat it will take you about an average of 45 min. When they do respond via chat, guess what, "your parts on the way and you should have it tomorrow".
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If you do, it will take forever for you to get it and if you need anything replaced on it, you will wait and wait and wait and wait for the part.
Look at the Better Business Bureau's website and look at the one hundred or so complaints.
