Will not respond to order inquires via phone or email Ripoff

I would not order anything from this website if I could do it all over again. They are not what they appear to be. The website looks professional as does their voice recording, but they do not follow through with their claims of customer service.

My personal order was placed around a month ago. Since then there have been no updates to the order status on their website and they have not returned any emails or phone calls. I have no idea what the status of my order is and when it will be filled.

So far it looks like they have quite a few complaints about customer service and they respond more to these complaints than my customer emails. My main concern is if I decided to return the clubs that they would even return an email to honor their store policy.

Overall this has been a very poor experience for me and by far the worst shopping experience I have had while shopping on the web.

I am going to sign this complaint anonymously in hopes that they will start responding to peoples emails. I also fear they would sabotage my order if they knew who I was. I will update the site when and if they respond or fill my order. Hopefully this will pressure them to do as they say.
