I placed an order with this company on January 13th. It is now February 14th and I still do not have my order. They only have an email address for their customer service, so I emailed them to inquire about my order. After 4 emails, they still haven't replied. Therefore, I am canceling my order with them. I cannot believe they don't list a 1-800# to call for customer service, and I am even more surprised that they don't answer their emails. I think this is poor customer service and I will never order from them again. From the looks of this site, I am not the only one who has had problems with them. If you want to avoid a hassle, DO NOT ORDER FROM CAMEO!!!
