XXX-Motorsports.com Will not refund my $617.00 after they made a mistake on my order. After placing a order with Rachelle for a eagle 110cc ATV on the 11/20/06 for around 920.00 with shipping they claim that I ordered a 3050 110cc mini atv for 617.00 and i could not get my money back until the get there ATV back from there shipping company.
I first relized that they made a mistake after they sent me a email with invoice on the 11/27/06 stating the model# of the ATV. I quickly look up the model and relized that it was not the right ATV. I call them up and they said that all I would have to do is refuse shipping on the ATV and they would send me the right ATV that day. When i called and placed the order for the right ATV they said that I could not place the order for the right ATV until they get the 3050 mini back for shipping.
The problem with that is they don't want to pay for shipping it back from PA to CA, so it still sitting in the shipping companys warehouse in PA and i am out $617.00.
I spoke to the owner of the company all the sale people and half the time they will not take my calls. I really don't know what i can do, i even filed it with my credit card company.
Looking back on this now i wish i never ordered from this company. Donot make the same mistake i did, it is know 12/11/06 and i am still getting the run around with no refund. Every time I call I get put on hold or hang up on.
There is more to this story but i just do not want to get in to it. I will let you know if i get my refund or not and how long it takes.
