I ordered two Tae Bo AMPED System for $39.95 plus shipping and handling and was charged twice on my credit card. I immediately sent one back unopened so I did not have to pay for shipping back. Then asked for a refund on the extra unit plus shipping. They said I ordered two and it was all my fault when I wanted a full refund on the extra unit with handling and shipping. The ripped me off on the shipping and handling. The customer service was rude about it and told me to fax the two reciepts back to prove to them they made the mistake.
