In Nov my sister in law Jeannette, my brother Willy, my husband Alan, me and all the kids went to Bally to find out about their services and fees. We liked the month to month contract, with no penalty to cancel it at any time.
Ericka the rep called the manager James (at that time) and he assured us of that contract.
We signed and left with all the brochures in a nice folder.in March of this year I called to cancel it, because of the lack of interest of my family, and that was when I dicovered that the contract was for 3 years.
Since then I'm trying to get a copy of a signed contract with no avail. Today I called again and Jeshina said that I'll get it in 5 to 7 business day.
I've been calling the new manager Randy and even with his help, I still do not have the copy.
We are a lot of people (witnesses) to make believe that we misunderstood.
Please help us to get these people where they should be... in Jail, for misleading and scamming customers. I wonder to how many they have done the same thing.
