I bought this Elipical Exercise maching from Sears in South Oklahoma city and it broke down in a few months. The console wasnt showing any nos. Just a blank blue screen. I took the console to Sears and the customer service was pathetic. There wasn't an element of compassion and/or politeness. A clerk there told me that either i have to bring in the whole unit (not the console alone) to have them check it. To have someone come out and look at it, i have to pay $99.00 and then for labor and parts, extra. This is ridiculous. This is the worst customer service i ever had.
