Best buy golf supply - ripoff - no customer service - no product
My problem, and the solution to that problem, is very simple. I made an order on www.bestbuygolfsupply.com a week ago. I received a confirmation email. Then, I waited patiently. I have heard nothing. I've called. I've left messages. I've emailed. I've jumped through all their hoops. I've heard NOTHING. Now, I just want to cancel my order. But I can't get anyone on the phone to tell them. My card has not been charged, and IF YOU ARE READING THIS, KEN (I know his name b/c it's all over this website), DO NOT CHARGE ME. CANCEL MY ORDER!!! I intend to put a stop payment on that transaction today. It's worth the $30 my bank charges to make sure you don't get my money.
I've never had this bad an experience shopping on the internet, NEVER. I guess there's a first time for everything though, right?
If my card is charged I also intend to file a complaint with the BBB. I work in the media, and have contacts in many states (including California) and they love to put folks who do bad business on tv. Haven't you seen the faces of those people when the news crew arrives at the door? Priceless. Great TV.
In closing, please cancel my order. Please send me an email confirmation that you are cancelling my order. Please forget I ever wanted to be your customer. THAT, I would appreciate.
