I ordered some tack for my horse.
After trying it on, I realized it was to big. I e-mailed the company, for a approval code to return it. They answered my query right away, and gave me the code to send back with the tack. I mailed it back, via USPS. (including a copy of the e-mail communication.) After a couple of weeks, I e-mailed to see if it was received alright... Nothing.
Then I called, &left a message (no real person ever answered.) I called quite a few times, with no response.
Then after a few weeks of no response at all. I felt totally screwed. 160 Dollars, or so. They stole my money.
