Customer support not very supportive

I had a Bowflex Extreme 2 delivered and installed by Leisure Fitness. The techs where very friendly and seemed to know what they where doing.

After the technicians left, I discovered that the machine had been assembled wrong. Nothing critical, but it did prevent me from being able to use the machine for certain exercises.

Only about an hour had passed since the guys left, so I called the service "hotline" to report the problem. It was about 1:00pm in the afternoon on a Friday, and all I got was a recording.

As a matter of fact, I got nothing but a recording from all of the phone extentions at Leisure Fitness. So I would have to live with it over the weekend.

On Monday they called my home "only one of the two #s I left for them to reach me at" They never bothered to call the cellphone # that I gave them so I missed the call.

I got home early so I called the service hotline, still all I got was a recording. I waited until 4:00pm to call again and this time a person answer.

I explained the situation and was given to a rep who set about scheduling my repair visit. Thay told me it would be two weeks before a tech could come out and fix the equipment.

They did offer to come out the next day but I like most people had to work the next day, so thats the best they could do for me.

The moral here is that if your going to buy from this company and you have a problem with the setup of your equipment, be prepared to have it fixed at there Leisure.
