About Dec 14 I ordered a side mirror for my Dodge pick-up. I received it, no problem, about December 20th. Unfortunately we had ordered the left side mirror. I needed the right side mirror. So I wrapped it back up and shipped it back via USPS to them on December 31st. I did not put a return request on the item and did not insure it so no tracking code. Now it is February 12th and I still have not heard from them. I requested an exchange and the correct mirror when I returned the item. I have called them numerous times and left messages. I even tried the sales department thinking if they thought this was to sell something they would answer but they have not answered at all. I have also e-mailed several times and no response.
So I am frustrated.
If they don't have the part the least they could do is refund the $56 it cost! More frustration comes from not knowing what to do next. So warning... Make sure you have used the right part number when ordering.
